Suit against Ri Ra alleges $300K unpaid to contractor
The general contractor hired to renovate the 200-year-old building that became Ri Ra Irish Pub and Restaurant has filed suit alleging he is still owed more than $300,000 for work completed on the building earlier this year.
Stolz and Ehre LLC claims in documents in Rockingham County Superior Court that Ri Ra Portsmouth LLC still owes $122,390.28 for work done at the new restaurant, while the owner of the building, LBJ Properties LLC, owes $188,468.85.
